The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
SPA's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs through systems engineering, systems safety, and financial analysis expertise. SDG is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support the Flight Systems Engineer for the Missile Branch of Strategic Systems Programs. This position is based at the Washington Navy Yard.

Responsibilities
The Program Analyst shall:
- Act as a key coordinator, organizing planning meetings and monitoring project execution to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to compile actionable insights for Executive leadership decision-making.
- Prepare and present recommendations and findings to senior leadership within Executive Suite and partner organizations.
- Provide logistical and organizational support for high-level leadership engagements, both in-person and virtual.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the client

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active DoD SECRET clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain this clearance.
- Ability to work at Washington Navy Yard and surrounding areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in programmatic support, workflow analysis, or government planning processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support high-level executive engagements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Department of Defense command structures or organizational frameworks.
- Experience handling scheduling and deconfliction for leadership teams.
- Prior exposure to Navy Strategic Systems Programs, submarines, the Trident II (D5) Strategic Weapons System, or other nuclear-related programs.
