Position Overview
The Integrated Master Scheduler provides scheduling and planning support to the NUWC Code 70 Business Office. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules that support program planning, coordination, and execution tracking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting program and project activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Project to establish schedule baselines and maintain schedule integrity.
- Coordinate with program managers and financial analysts to align schedule activities with program milestones.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and impacts to program execution.
- Provide schedule analysis and reporting to government stakeholders.
- Support program planning, milestone tracking, and schedule reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Project.
- Experience supporting program planning and schedule tracking.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) scheduling concepts.
- Experience integrating schedule information with financial or program management systems.
