This role will be supporting DLA, and has the following duties/responsibilities and requirements. This will be a fully remote role. Candidate is required to live in the United States and have an at least a Secret DoD clearance.
Note: This role is for a proposal. Offer will be contingent upon proposal award which is scheduled for approximately May 2026.
Duties/ Responsibilities
Supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
Translates complex program requirements into testable objectives.
Analyzes and recommends test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
Manages and works effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
Applies complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.
Develops overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
Applies test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
Leads analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations
Applies use cases and user stories to create test cases
Required Skills/Abilities
Five (5) years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience.
Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance, and automation testing.
Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
Experience in an Agile environment.
Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
Experience supervising a team of test specialist and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives.
Experience analyzing and recommending test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
U.S. citizenship required

Clearance Requirement:
Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) (At least a Secret clearance) at time of proposal submission.
Salary Range:
Salary will be competitive with current rates for similar roles. This role is for a proposal bid. Exact salary range will be determined upon award
