Day to Day Responsibilities

40%: Design, develop, test, and maintain OOMA software
20%: Troubleshooting production/deployed system issues
15%: Technical documentation (white papers, admin guides)
15%: Security hardening, STIG compliance, vulnerability analysis
10%: Collaboration in Agile ceremonies + cross-functional coordination

Mix of new development + enhancement of existing systems
Training/onboarding is onsite for ~1 month
