Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team at TENAX Technologies. This role is focused within the CECOM C5ISR campus at Aberdeen Proving Ground, that provides on-site professional support services for C5ISR campus building lobby reception. This role will actively manage contract personnel who perform access control, badge check and facility inspections to ensure compliance with protection and security requirements within a large compound area consisting of multiple high rise buildings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities. Ensure 100% coverage of all contracted posts.
• Works with C5ISR tenant security managers to communicate requirements to contract personnel.
• Interfaces with C5ISR leadership when required.
• PM will conduct post checks on a daily basis to monitor on-site personnel under their supervision.
• The PM will monitor daily operations of the contract

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related business or technical field. One year of relevant professional experience may be substituted for each year of college education required (4).
• Experience: 10 or more years of related experience, including 5 years in a program manager role or relevant military service equivalent
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
