Requirements
- IAT Level III - Candidate MUST currently possess one of the following certifications: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
AND
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10 years' experience in designing and implement ITSM solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for IT Service Management (ITSM) integration with ServiceNow development and implementation using best practices and out-of-the-box functionality.
- Assist ServiceNow teams, service management personnel, and enterprise architects in implementing and sustaining ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Code 104, Department 10, and functional analysts, to ensure successful implementation, rollout, and ongoing support.
- Develop, maintain, and support ServiceNow modules and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Design and implement complex workflows and new data tables within ServiceNow to support ongoing operations.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide key insights and operational analytics.
- Create and maintain Knowledge Articles to document processes and best practices.
- Perform operational support for system defects, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct basic system administration duties for ServiceNow environments.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to refine and enhance application functionality.
- Provide end-user support for ServiceNow applications, ensuring usability and functionality.
- Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Address configuration changes to the ServiceNow platform and ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate testing activities using the ServiceNow Test Administration Suite.
- Manage and triage incoming ServiceNow support issues, handling the backlog of incidents and defects.
- Develop and execute design and deployment plans for ServiceNow, integrating outputs into an Enterprise ITSM customer interface.
- Implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions, ensuring integration with existing legacy systems.
- Develop ITSM solutions for IT operations, asset management, cybersecurity (including RMF), and IT customer service functions.
- Analyze user requirements and design application solutions, testing and deploying software using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance personnel throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot application defects, providing timely resolutions and optimizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance application development strategies.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Implement and adhere to coding standards and best practices for software development.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure software quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software-related issues in ServiceNow applications.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, ensuring iterative delivery of software solutions.
- Continuously optimize and improve existing software applications for enhanced performance.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate enhancements into application solutions.
- Maintain awareness of new application development tools, recommending updates and technological improvements as needed.
