You will be leading the department responsible for systems integration and test architecture, design, analysis, and implementation. This position is based out of Linthicum, MD and will be 100% on-site.

What You'll get to Do:

You will also oversee and support programs within the business unit portfolio, ensuring they have the right people, training, and processes in place to achieve successful outcomes.

Building on the leadership duties outlined above, Section Leads will also spearhead risk-identification and mitigation planning, safeguarding project performance, schedule fidelity, and technical excellence. They will proactively resolve technical or operational challenges as they arise, ensuring uninterrupted progress. In this role, the incumbent will partner with engineers and program staff to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a pipeline of skilled professionals.
