Overview:

The Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (OLPA) is requesting a contractor to provide video and audio support. These services are being sought for the purpose of Video Production Support for the agency.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • As an Animator, you will create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects scientific discoveries and research to life for diverse audiences.
  • Support post-production with graphics and animation elements as needed.
  • Design and produce motion graphics to visualize complex scientific concepts.
  • Create 2D and 3D animations for video productions, web content, and social media.
  • Create visual effects for a variety of video productions.
  • Develop complex graphics and original artwork using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and 3D animation software.
  • Collaborate with video producers and editors to integrate animations into productions.


Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • N/A


Education and/or Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a motion graphics designer.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2D and 3D Animation.
  • Motion Graphics.
  • Visual Effects.

  • Experience using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and 3D animation software.
  • It is preferred that the contractor has this experience:
    • Creative problem-solving.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • N/A


Security Clearance:

  • Must be able to pass Public Trust background investigation.
