Perform office-based tasks including drawing analysis, tracking installation progress, and assisting with software testing by following detailed test procedures.
Document all testing activities thoroughly for technical, contractual, and configuration-control records.

Location and Travel
Primary location: Philadelphia Navy Yard.
Travel: Approximately 15% nationwide (e.g., Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; Groton, CT), typically in 1–2 week trips.
Remote work: Up to 25% work-from-home based on tasking.
Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control Systems Engineering (or closely related field).
1–4 years of experience (including internships or co-ops) in testing/troubleshooting industrial control systems or reviewing technical drawings.

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15% and work in shipyard and shipboard environments.
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred

Experience with Navy ship systems or prior work in a shipyard environment.

Experience with LARs, SCDs, and SIDs.
US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance, if required by contract.
