As a Systems Engineer for NTK programs you will directly help establish the technical solution and overall system design for some of our country's most vital and sophisticated systems!

In this role you typically will:
• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of
customer or product requirements into total
systems solutions
• Establish system architecture and CONOPS,
perform system trades and analysis, flow down
the architecture and CONOPS into requirements
and interfaces, and support verification planning
• Use your excellent communication skills to
work across the Lockheed Martin organization
and customer/user community to ensure
consensus and understanding of solutions
• Use the latest in MBSE tools (Cameo) and
processes to generate synergistic models to
establish linkages across verification artifacts and
requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience working on a [Space or Missile] system program
• Experience in performing multiple Systems Engineering functions, such as:
a.) System Trade studies and/or System modeling
b.) System architecture or CONOPS development
c.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
d.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification
e.) Design reviews
• Strong team collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree in a related subject area
- systems engineering knowledge or experience through previous program work
- familiarity or proficiency with Cameo and DOORS
- Basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
- Strong social and communication skills across IPTs on a given program
- Script modification and development to facilitate generation of requirements, verification plans, and other relevant program CDRLs
- Experience with ePDM and change processes
- Ability to define and document solutions to complex problems to convey solutions to both senior management and to other internal/external teams
- Space segment design and test experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
