- Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed in a classified environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Active SECRET clearance.
- IAT-2 certification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in help desk or technical support roles.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows desktop environments and standard applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting government or DoD users.
- Familiarity with contract-specific application support.
- Advanced knowledge of user directory management.
