Job Description: Integrated Master Scheduler and Risk Manager, mid-level

Serve as a subject matter expert in developing integrated master schedules (IMS) and milestones in support of Product Manager M2T2, Project Manager Command and Control Transport. Responsible for developing IMS's for multiple programs within the product office. Create and manage a milestone schedules and IMS to enable accurate performance tracking cost and funding forecasting and anticipate staffing and logistics requirements.

Identify key program milestone events, CDRL deliveries, program reviews, integration activities, document contract changes and additions, and training requirements. Provide probability of program success factors and metrics to support the program with an integrated view of program risks with enough detail and predictive power to enable early risk recognition, mitigation, and resolution for all programs.

The ideal candidate will possess program management experience, particularly in providing organizational, administrative, risk analysis and scheduling support for programs supporting the product office. This role is essential for the development and planning or product schedules, as well as supporting the risk mitigation efforts of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Development and Management : Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple programs within the Product Manager M2T2 office. Identify and track key program milestone events, CDRL deliveries, program reviews, integration activities, contract changes, and training requirements. Consolidate critical paths across multiple projects and product offices into a single, cohesive IMS to enable accurate performance tracking, cost and funding forecasting, and staffing and logistics planning.

Risk Management : Serve as the primary risk manager for the product office, developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk register for all programs. Provide probability of program success factors and metrics that deliver an integrated view of program risks with sufficient detail and predictive power to enable early risk recognition, mitigation, and resolution. Support the development and execution of risk mitigation plans and present risk status to program leadership.

Program Management Support : Deliver a variety of program management schedule and risk analyses in support of organizational, administrative, and product management efforts for PdM M2T2 and PM Command and Control Transport. Support the development and sustainment of program plans, policies, and acquisition documentation aligned with DoD acquisition milestones and decision points.

Briefing and Presentation Preparation : Prepare, staff, and present briefings, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate program schedule status, risk posture, and milestone progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Administrative and Management Support : Provide comprehensive administrative and management support including staff action tracking, literature and reference material searches, organizing and archiving program files, preparing memoranda and documentation, and processing program deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in any field is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of program management support experience, with at least 5 years specifically within a DoD Acquisition environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing an IMS using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Proven experience in DoD risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, decision points, and staffing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Special Requirements:

* Experience with developing an IMS using Microsoft Project or Primavera

* Knowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, decision points, and staffing processes

* Knowledge of the DoD Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management Guide

* Ability to consolidate the critical paths of numerous projects and product offices into a single IMS

* Security Clearance: Secret

* Travel: Less than 10%
