Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05/10) or pay band (NO-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties:1) Developing, managing and applying policies and procedures related to budget and accounting in a revolving fund environment; 2) Performing studies and analyses of administrative policies and procedures; 3) Managing procurements, contracting, and equipment control procedures for a division; 4) Evaluating financial management policies and procedures; 5) Analyzing and overseeing daily office workflow to ensure completion and/or proper routing and tracking; and 6) Communicating orally and in writing to effectively carry out integrated advisory and program work.

- You will act as the focal point for administrative projects-related issues, determining resource requirements such space allocations, salary needs, and procurement.
- You will manage and coordinate the Division's performance appraisal program.
- You will recommend administrative and management goals and objectives.
- You will allocate funds, establish job orders, and amend budgets.
- You will manage a staff operating in the procurement, budget, personnel and clerical fields.
