The Supervisor Solution Train Architect serves as a technical leader and coach across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a Solution Train, of Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital. The Solution Train Architect is responsible for ensuring that the architecture and technical direction of the Solution Train align with the overall vision and goals of PEO Digital and the Department of the Navy (DON) Enterprise. This role involves overseeing the architectural aspects of multiple ARTs, facilitating collaboration between teams, and managing the architectural runway to support the continuous delivery of value. The Solution Train Architect plays a crucial role in ensuring the technical integrity, quality, feasibility, and successful realization of the solution across the entire system lifecycle. The Solutions Architect exercises deep understanding of both business and technical aspects of product delivery and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
