The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Vertical Lift Retrofit Engineering team is seeking a Retrofit Program Integrator to support our domestic and international AH-6 and AH-64 programs in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will manage, monitor, and integrate Retrofit Engineering activities, establishing requirements, costs, technical objectives, and definitions in alignment with contract specifications.

This role involves creating detailed statements of work, reports, master schedules, and program implementation plans. The Retrofit Program Integrator will coordinate and gather data for estimates to support proposal activities, develop processes, and ensure that technical data and procedures are documented and up to date.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitor the execution of Retrofit programs while reviewing program and engineering change proposals to assess their impact on Retrofit activities.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Planning and technical Integration of the Retrofit Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements to support the AH-6 and AH-64 customer
  • Develop Retrofit support plans and schedules
  • Support proposal development to include technical descriptions and Basis of Estimates development
  • Engage with Supply Chain Management in managing retrofit kit deliveries
  • Manage Retrofit Engineering cost accounts


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support or Product Support
  • CAM Experience


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with U.S. Military or international government aviation and experience partnering with government customers to deliver services and products
  • Experience with AH-6 and AH-64 platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external customers
  • Experience Authoring Technical Documents


Travel:

Travel up to 10% of the time

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
