MTSI is seeking to hire a Scene Generation Modeling and Simulation Engineer to design and develop high-fidelity, physics-based scene generation models for ballistic, hypersonic and air-breathing missile threat systems, in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Advanced Capabilities directorate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace or physics principles and direct experience in complex scene generation, with a specialized focus on exhaust plume phenomenology. You will specialize in modeling the missile exhaust plume flowfields, kinematics and radiative signatures across the EO/IR spectrums that will support the performance testing of the Missile Defense System (MDS).
