The Opportunity:
As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our National Security team, where you'll be a t rus ted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company.
On our team, you'll use your advanced contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. In this role, you'll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning capture stages through proposal and execution, and into closeout. You'll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
As a t rus ted business partner, you'll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and c ond itions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for government contract s and subcontracts. You'll provide expert advice and counsel to program and account leadership on contractual matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations, and monitor operational performance. Additionally, you'll support complex contract activities and manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. Government clients
- Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, and cost reimbursable
- Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partners
- Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest ( OCI ) terms and mitigation plans
- Experience reviewing terms and c ond itions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ability to support complex contract activities that require the development of creative solutions and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives
- Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Intelligence Community clients
- Ability to manage a robust contract portfolio of various sizes, scopes, and complexity
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical skills, to solve problems and mitigate risks
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- NCMA Professional Certification
