Overview
Mano Lani LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Program Manager position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success. Mano Lani is an exceptional industry partner to the Department of Defense (DoD) and a leader in physical and cyber security, IT management, logistics, supply chain management, process improvement and development. The Program Manager provides overall leadership, direction, and management for the DTMO Passport Enterprise Infrastructure Support (PEIS) contract. This position is responsible for ensuring successful contract performance across all task areas including application administration, database administration, cybersecurity services, and application development. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government, participating in post-award conferences, bi-weekly status meetings, and leadership briefings. The Program Manager oversees development and maintenance of key contract deliverables including the Project Management Plan, Monthly Status Reports, IT Management Support Plan, and Standard Operating Procedures. This position is responsible for maintaining project schedules, task lists, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of all contract requirements. The Program Manager coordinates with DTMO representatives to discuss program status, schedules, and any known or anticipated issues, and ensures no degradation of services due to personnel or operational changes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance or supervision:
• Maintain a project schedule and corresponding task list
• Maintain a weekly schedule of application development and change requests, specifying the nature of the project, estimated timelines, level of effort, and projected delivery
• Develop and maintain a detailed Project Management Plan (PMP)
• Provide Monthly Status Reports (MSR) to describe status of activities performed during the previous calendar month
• Provide a POA&M Action Plan monthly identifying and assessing information system security and privacy weaknesses
• Utilize DTMO's issue tracking system(s) to manage tasks and issues
• Develop and implement an IT Management Support Plan
• Create and/or maintain standard operating procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification (for IT programs)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• FAC-P/PM or DAWIA Program Management Certification (preferred for federal program environments) Experience / Certifications:
• 8+ years of experience in IT program management
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes, contract management, and FAR compliance
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams supporting IT or professional services programs
• Ability to manage multiple task orders, program schedules, and resource allocations simultaneously
• Experience with program performance tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing briefings and reports for government stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with federal customers, internal teams, and subcontractors
