Power Platform Developer

DSA is in search of an exceptionally skilled Power Platform Developer with extensive Power Apps and Power Automate development experience possessing a secret clearance. This position can be remote but preference will be giving to candidates who can report to the Pentagon one day per week.

Required Qualifications

• Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs
• 1-5 years of PowerApps development experience building canvas apps
• 1-5 years of PowerAutomate experience focusing on business process automation
• Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the ecosystem of M365
• Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Intermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
• COMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)
• Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)

Clearance Required

• Active or Current DOD Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications

• Experience building model driven applications in Power Apps
• Data Architecture experience
• Experience supporting and interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive level
• Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces
• Ability to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirements
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedback
• PowerBI Development experience
• Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling

Key Responsibilities

• Define, model, and deliver connections to standard Army data sources
• Establish and maintain connections through the data gateway, create ETL as required and utilize Dataverse and data warehouses as needed
• Design and deliver common dashboards/reports
• Evolve the existing data framework platform to provide enterprise repeatable capabilities
• Power BI solution development
• Power BI Premium Workspace management
• Data model development
• Alignment of SharePoint Online, M365, SharePoint and other solutions to data model
• Building data environment to support existing and emerging data visualization and metrics requirements
• Working with customers to define and document requirements
• Stakeholder communications including formal and informal presentations
• Develop data visualization solutions
• Define and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedules
• Creation of dashboards/Business Intelligence (BI) based on key performance indicators and customer requirement
