Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Systems Administrator / Network Engineer to provide direct support to an Intelligence Community customer. In this role you will support network operations and infrastructure management to ensure secure and reliable information technology services. In this role you will provide systems and network engineering expertise to maintain enterprise systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and support ongoing infrastructure modernization efforts.

Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Systems Administrator / Network Engineer to provide direct support to an Intelligence Community customer. In this role you will support network operations and infrastructure management to ensure secure and reliable information technology services. In this role you will provide systems and network engineering expertise to maintain enterprise systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and support ongoing infrastructure modernization efforts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and maintain network infrastructure components to support mission operations.
- Administer servers, operating systems, and associated system services across enterprise environments.
- Monitor network performance, diagnose connectivity issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Support implementation and compliance with cybersecurity requirements and security controls.
- Assist with cloud infrastructure operations, integration, and system performance management.
- Support system upgrades, patching, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Document system configurations, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in systems administration, network engineering, or enterprise IT infrastructure support
- Demonstrated experience supporting secure network environments, including implementation and maintenance of security controls and network monitoring practices
- Demonstrated experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments, including system integration, administration, or operations support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community network environments
- Experience supporting research and development (R&D) technical environments
- Experience operating in a fast-paced mission environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
