Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Cloud Engineer & Enterprise Cloud Administrator to provide direct support to an Intelligence Community customer. In this role you will support engineering, administration, optimization, and compliance activities for the customer's secure, unclassified enterprise cloud environment. In this role you will provide technical cloud expertise, facilitate the transition of research artifacts into the enterprise cloud platform, and help ensure cybersecurity compliance with Intelligence Community standards and requirements.

Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Cloud Engineer & Enterprise Cloud Administrator to provide direct support to an Intelligence Community customer. In this role you will support engineering, administration, optimization, and compliance activities for the customer's secure, unclassified enterprise cloud environment. In this role you will provide technical cloud expertise, facilitate the transition of research artifacts into the enterprise cloud platform, and help ensure cybersecurity compliance with Intelligence Community standards and requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support engineering, administration, and operations of the customer's secure, unclassified enterprise cloud environment.
- Assist with development of a Requirements Review Report identifying stakeholder needs, evolving requirements, capability gaps, and recommended technical solutions.
- Support development and execution of a Project Execution Plan based on Government-approved requirements, including execution of approved tasks and proof-of-concept activities.
- Administer cloud accounts, manage usage, and allocate resources within approved governance structures.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure services in coordination with the customer's IT organization and Chief Information Office.
- Coordinate transition of completed research program artifacts-including data, algorithms, and tools-into the enterprise cloud environment to support storage, data sharing, demonstrations, and operational use.
- Research and evaluate cloud-based technical solutions and translate user requirements into implementable cloud architectures and services.
- Provide technical recommendations for Government consideration and implement approved cloud solutions.
- Support compliance assessments and remediation planning associated with Authority to Develop (ATD) and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and service configuration issues and document resolutions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enterprise cloud operations and administration.
- Assist with development of dashboards and reports supporting Government oversight of performance, compliance, risk, and information technology investments.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience supporting enterprise cloud environments within the Intelligence Community, including experience with cloud engineering, administration, and operational support
- Demonstrated experience administering Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)cloud environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting cloud security compliance activities, including documentation and processes associated with Authority to Develop (ATD) and Authority to Operate (ATO)
- Demonstrated experience transitioning applications, data, or research artifacts into enterprise cloud environments to support operational use
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, service configurations, and platform performance issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting research and development (R&D) organizations transitioning prototype technologies to enterprise platforms
- Experience supporting cloud cost optimization, resource governance, and usage management
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting tools supporting executive oversight of cloud performance and compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting technical briefings and stakeholder coordination
