Responsibilities for the Hardware Engineering Manager:
- Lead the full hardware development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through prototype bring-up and production release
- Oversee schematic design, PCB layout, SI/PI analysis, validation, and compliance testing
- Collaborate closely with product, ASIC, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality systems
- Manage ODM/JDM partners to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and cost targets
Qualifications for the Hardware Engineering Manager:
- 10+ years of experience in system-level hardware engineering, ideally in servers, compute systems, or networking platforms
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- Strong knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes, and optical technologies
- Experience with SI/PI fundamentals, FPGA integration, power delivery, and clocking architectures
- Background working with chassis-level components such as cabling, thermal systems, and enclosures
- Proven success delivering production hardware products and managing complex engineering programs
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits for the Hardware Engineering Manager:
- Salary range: $210,000 - $260,000, depending on experience and qualifications
