Secret Cleared Lead VTC Technician

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret Cleared Lead VTC Technician to support a long term program out of San Deigo, CA. The Secret Cleared Lead VTC Technician is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and fully operational VTC systems through proper installation, live meeting support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation.

Responsibilities of the Secret Cleared Lead VTC Technician includes:

• Install, configure, secure, and integrate VTC systems across conference rooms and facilities while meeting DoD and site security requirements.
• Provide end-to-end operational meeting support, including room preparation, live VTC operation, real-time troubleshooting, and coordination with remote sites for both classified and unclassified sessions.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and issue resolution through diagnostics, preventive servicing, repair coordination, and equipment inventory management.
• Develop and maintain documentation and process improvements, including SOPs, configuration records, troubleshooting guidance, and mentoring of junior technicians.

Qualifications for the Secret Cleared Lead VTC Technician includes :

• 5+ years of experience supporting VTC or enterprise audio/visual systems
• Experiencing installing and troubleshooting enterprise VTC solutions
• Understanding of basic networking principals
• An active secret clearance is required

Compensation for the Secret Cleared Lead VTC Technician includes :

• Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 ** depending on experience and education**
