We have an outstanding position for an RF Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Littleton, CO surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.**
As an RF Engineer, you will lead Payload Analysis efforts and run Test Cases for Payload Initialization for an assigned payload. These roles will work closely with other leaders and Subject Matter Experts to manage Payload Risks and Opportunities, as well as lead relevant Opportunities and Studies. The selected candidate will also work closely with customers to ensure the success of payload products and milestones.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Must hold an active Top Secret clearance; If the selected candidates hold only a Top Secret clearance, they will have to get Program Security approval prior to moving forward
Degree in electrical engineering or STEM-related degree/certification
Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements, and allocate functions down to satellite subsystems and/or components
MATLAB or other coding experience
Desired Qualifications:
Prefers and will give preference to candidates with a TS/SCI Poly, but will entertain candidates who only hold a TS clearance and can obtain and maintain SCI and Polygraph
A team player with the demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional teams and communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with management and peers
Experience defining end-to-end performance and functionality of RF payloads and/or subsystems, consistent with mission needs and CONOPS
Proficiency with the development of specifications and interface definitions for digitally processed RF payloads
Experience with defining external interfaces for antennas, active/passive RF components, receivers/transmitters, and digital processors
Experience with certifying and selling off an RF payload or subsystem to the customer
Proven ability to execute major milestone reviews (e.g. SRR, PDR, CDR, etc)
Experience with and/or application of AI/ML Data analysis Techniques
Experience using and programming in Python
