What You'll Get To Do:
Northrop Grumman Sustainment Team is responsible for embarking, debarking, maintaining and providing technical support of LCS Class Mission Module (MM) equipment located at the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Port Hueneme, Naval Base San Diego County, Naval Station Mayport (NSM), newly constructed Ship Support Facilities (SSF) in US Navy facilities in Singapore and Bahrain, as well as Forward Operating Site (FOS) and other Remote Operating Site (ROS) locations in the Area of Responsibilities (AOR).
The Mission Package Support Facility (MPSF) Modernization/ Maintenance Support Coordinator is responsible for tracking and reporting on engineering change proposals (ECPs), Non-Permanent Change (NPCs), and all other modernization to MM equipment.

Primary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with equipment Technical Design Agents (TDAs), In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs), MPSF engineering, and configuration managers to schedule modernization changes
- Interact with the customer and internal program/functional leadership to update and understand availability windows, timelines, and resource availability
- Maintain and update the planning tools associated with the modernization program
- Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) to track and plan for upcoming modernization proposals
- As a strong communicator, relay and receive information effectively
- Collaborate in a team environment
- Occasional travel to our Mayport or San Diego site (less than 10%)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience or a Masters Degree and a minimum of 3 year of relevant experience.
- US Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Interim Secret Clearance is required to start. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance for continued employment.
- 5 years experience coordinating and helping to facilitate projects, such as, managing schedules and preparing status reports
- 5 years experience collecting data from multiple sources, maintain multiple spreadsheets and apply data to weekly and monthly reports
- 5years experience in project management.
- 5 years experience with Navy maintenance and operational processes and procedures
- Experience using Microsoft Suite of office tools with intermediate skills in Excel a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience with configuration management
- Experience with LCS Hull Modernization Plan (LHMP) for LCS ships
- Experience with Navy maintenance and operational processes and procedures
- Experience with the Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office (RMMCO) processes
- Comfort using task-management tools like Jira and Asana
- Microsoft Project - Intermediate Skills
