Description:
You will be the Production Operations Capacity Lead (Level 2) for the LTIAMD Transformation / Go Fast Production team. Our team is responsible for coordinating complex production, development, proposal, and capacity-planning activities that keep high-value missile systems on schedule.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Production Operations Capacity Lead (Level 2) you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the PAC-3 Go Fast Production effort, clearing production constraints, and driving strategic initiatives that increase site capacity and product affordability.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience driving high-rate production in a complex manufacturing environment
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
- Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to travel domestic and/or international
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills,
including team building, collaboration and developing enduring business relationships
Desired Skills:
- Experience in design for manufacturing or design to cost
- Prior experience leading long term projects across large teams across multiple locations
- Ability to interpret drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, product/performance specifications and other systems integration technical data
- Ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical people
- Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Experience working with Government customers
- Experience with LTIAMD production processes
- Intimate knowledge of the Lockheed Martin SAP MRP production control system
- Experience with Lockheed Martin manufacturing and assembly processes

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Drive strategy and execution of Make/Buy changes and other process-improvement projects.
- Plan production integration and execution activities for capital, tooling, and test-equipment requirements to meet current rates and future proposal needs.
- Build effective relationships across multiple production sites to enable mutually beneficial strategies and seamless collaboration.
