The NH-04 broadband is equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15 grade levels. This position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-15, step 05, which is currently equivalent to $191,850. If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.

- You will principal advisor to senior executives and senior staff for Direct Report Program Manager, Maritime Industrial Base (DRPM MIB) for hiring operations.
- You will be responsible for implementing DRPM MIB manpower allocation plans and procedures, validating and submitting DRPM MIB manpower requirements, and establishing and managing the execution of DRPM MIB/NAVSEA personnel programs.
- You will participate as a member of the Operations Team overseeing the entire program.
- You will manage operations to ensure adherence to established objectives.
- You will develop, recommend, and implement appropriate methodologies for strategic planning, administration, manpower and resource planning, professional development, performance management, and workforce effectiveness.
- You will provide senior leadership with technical, analytical, and administrative support and guidance necessary to accomplish DRPM MIB objectives.
- You will develop long-range plans and objectives, and develop approaches to meet needs.
- You will represent the DRPM MIB on command-level working groups established to analyze and design methods to improve administrative programs.
- You will advise on strategic planning initiatives, managing recruitment, staffing, and onboarding within the DRPM MIB.
