Overview
As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery pipelines in support of DIA missions. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle and deliver high‑impact solutions across classified environments.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, GSEC, SSCP, or equivalent)
10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, or a similar role with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and reliability
Expert experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation tools such as:
Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
Artifactory, SonarQube
Prisma Cloud or similar security tooling
Proven experience delivering DevSecOps services across multiple classified domains
Deep understanding of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc.) and architecting secure cloud‑based infrastructure (experience with other cloud platforms is a plus)
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
Proficiency with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages in Linux environments (RHEL, Oracle Linux, or equivalent)
Nice to Have
Experience providing Tier 1–3 support using tools such as GitLab Service Desk or ServiceNow
Hands‑on experience implementing STIGs and SRGs, applying security best practices across applications and infrastructure
Familiarity with security frameworks and tools such as OWASP, NIST, OpenSCAP
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders across a global enterprise and cross‑functional teams
Prior experience supporting U.S. Government or Intelligence Community environments
