Position Overview
Supports the United Nations Command (UNC), Combined Forces Command (CFC), and United States Forces Korea (USFK) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Cybersecurity Assessment Program (CAP) with effective knowledge management solutions through portals, tools, dashboard creation, knowledge training, and technical support, ensuring seamless collaboration and informed decision-making. Requirements include collaborative applications support residing on DoD networks (NIPR, SIPR, CENTRIX-K). Tasks include Client-Side Development, Knowledge Training, Web Development Services, Graphic Visualization Services, Customer Support, and Content Security Management.

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, design, code, test, debug and document custom or framework-based script and markup language.
- Provide support for the operation of the USFK KM collaborative information environment software and applications.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions for technical issues encountered by end-users.
- Develop a data literacy training curriculum that covers topics such as data management, data analysis, and data visualization, statistical analysis, including case studies and examples of successful data-driven decision-making.
- Develop a specialized training for knowledge owners that provides hands-on training on collaboration tools, including how to create and manage content, use metadata and taxonomy, and apply access controls and permissions
- Ensure the quality and security of content in UNC/CFC/USFK command knowledge systems.
- Define and test access privileges, control structures, and resources, identify any security violations and vulnerabilities.
- Implement security improvements by assessing usage; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- Recognize quality or security problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations; provide accuracy checks for stored data.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology
- Certifications: IAT Level II
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of software development
- In-depth knowledge of front/backend coding using Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, DataVerse).
- Experience in developing Collaborative Tools training and delivering tools training to the end-users and site owners.
- Provide IT support to the internal KM team.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
- Certifications/Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Knowledge Manager (KMI), Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Microsoft forms, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty.
- Experience working with Military, Korean language proficiency preferred for communication with Korean staff.
