Position Overview
Supports the United Nations Command (UNC), Combined Forces Command (CFC), and United States Forces Korea (USFK) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Cybersecurity Assessment Program (CAP) with effective knowledge management solutions through portals, tools, dashboard creation, knowledge training, and technical support, ensuring seamless collaboration and informed decision-making. Requirements include collaborative applications support residing on DoD networks (NIPR, SIPR, CENTRIX-K). Tasks include Client-Side Development, Knowledge Training, Web Development Services, Graphic Visualization Services, Customer Support, and Content Security Management.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells and Working Groups (B2C2WG) events for armistice, crisis and wartime are managed including the Battle Rhythm (BR) Calendars.
- Manages the BR working group.
- Coordinates monthly meetings, manages membership and contact information, prepares agenda and sends calendar invitations.
- Routes decisions to the KM Manager for final approval and shares meeting minutes with other working groups.
- Manages BR seven-minute drills to ensure information is relevant and current and packages for senior leadership approval.
- Manages the Battle Rhythm (BR) events to ensure that BR events meet the objectives of commands and enhance rapid decision making.
- Oversees execution of the command BR on a daily basis, to include development, maintenance and daily execution of the U/C/J Armistice and Crisis/Training BR's.
- Periodically reviews the Battle Rhythm events to determine if the BR events meet the objectives of commands.
- Manages the Battle Rhythm (BR) events to ensure that BR events meet the objectives of commands and enhance rapid decision making.
- Create and analyze BR information flow maps, time, space and staff time matrixes or diagrams to identify knowledge transfer and gaps.
- Recommends updated business rules as processes and tools evolve.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a joint-level operational environment.
- Position requires organizational skills and advanced English writing capabilities to develop outputs from Commander's Battle Rhythm events.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
- Experience working with Military, Korean language proficiency preferred for communication with Korean staff.
