Role Description
Perform aircraft maintenance to ensure airworthiness and mission readiness. Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems and components.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee maintenance tasks performed by mechanics.
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of aircraft structures, engines, and components.
Remove and install engines, rotor blades, transmissions, and flight controls.
Conduct phase, periodic, and scheduled maintenance inspections.
Follow approved maintenance manuals and procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and electronic records.
Coordinate with Production Control and customers regarding aircraft readiness.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate or equivalent.
10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including UH-60.
Experience with phase or heavy maintenance.
Ability to read technical manuals in English.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Preferred:
Electrical and Avionics experience.
Military aviation maintenance background (CMF 15 series or equivalent).
