Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-14) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing of ship or submarine overhaul, repair, or conversion projects; and identifying and resolving deficiencies or shortfalls for the timely and economical attainment of project goals.

- You will manage and oversee industrial and production projects in support of overhaul, modernization, maintenance, and repair operations.
- You will manage, monitor, control and oversee the projects' budget and overtime for all direct labor work.
- You will evaluate the Production Resources Department's ability to support work packages and recommend modifications as necessary.
- You will monitor project progress by communicating closely with the ship's commanders and their staff and attending meetings with assistant project superintendents.
- You will be responsible for both administrative and technical supervision of subordinates, ensuring equality in assignments, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
