The BAE Systems TacAir Product Line is looking for an individual to fill an EPAWSS Sustainment Operations Program Manager role at the Spit Brook Road Facility. The primary responsibility of this candidate will be to oversee the manufacturing of Lay-in Subassemblies and Line Replaceable Module (LRM) Spares to be used by multiple TacAir Sustainment Programs. Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

The BAE Systems TacAir Product Line is looking for an individual to fill an EPAWSS Sustainment Operations Program Manager role at the Spit Brook Road Facility. The primary responsibility of this candidate will be to oversee the manufacturing of Lay-in Subassemblies and Line Replaceable Module (LRM) Spares to be used by multiple TacAir Sustainment Programs. Essential functions of this role are:
- High Motivation, with the ability to manage and complete diverse and urgent tasks
- Strong personal skills, with the ability to lead and work with diverse teams
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily operations on various TacAir Sustainment Lay-in Subasembly and Spares manufacturing projects, including but not limited to:
- RCP-142 EPAWSS Sustainment Program
- DEWS Saudi Year 3 Lay-in Subassembly Builds
- DEWS Saudi Year 5 Lay-in Subassembly Builds
- Interface between Program and Factory teams to status WIP and overcome hurdles.
- Provide weekly inputs to the Cost Account Managers (CAMs) for the different TacAir Sustainment Programs
- Liaison between Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Office
- Ensure all hardware meets contractual requirements.
- Ensure manufacturing execution is aligned with Program and Customer requirements.
- Work with TacAir Sustainment Material OPM to ensure material availability in support of repairs.
- Oversee Affordability and Continuous Improvement activities related to the manufacturing of these lay-in subassemblies and LRM spares.
- Assist with Lay-in and Spare Proposals when applicable.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
- The ideal candidate will have project management skills, manufacturing, and/orsupply chain skills as well as knowledge of the Operations functions.
- Must have ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to think creatively and demonstrate exceptional organizational and management skills.
- Ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Current Secret clearance.
- Understanding of Military Specifications and BAE Systems policies and processes.
- Supply Chain Planning or Manufacturing Floor Experience
