Job Description

As a Security Officer Clearance Required Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading aero and defense location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will deliver clear communication and customer service while supporting a caring, people-first culture. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Control entry and exit points by checking identification and authorizations, processing visitor access, issuing temporary badges when directed, and coordinating required escorts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services and completing required notifications.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter points, reporting unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or hazardous conditions per post orders.
• Complete detailed reports and logs for patrols, access control activity, incidents, and other security-related events, using required systems and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
