Job Overview
XPECT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead enterprise‑level technology initiatives and ensure the successful execution of all contract requirements. The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project planning, staffing, execution, and delivery while maintaining full compliance with security, quality, and performance standards. This role requires close coordination with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure that all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational and customer expectations.

Core Responsibilities

• Work closely with Talent Management to ensure the contract is properly and adequately staffed with cleared and qualified personnel capable of performing all contract requirements
• Coordinate with team leads to ensure contract requirements are performed in a way that maintains security integrity at all levels and at all times
• Ensure all contract deliverables are accurate and are delivered correctly and on time
• All required support services are efficiently and effectively managed at the designated place(s) of performance
• All assigned tasks are created and performed promptly and correctly, and work is performed on time and at the agreed prices
• Help develop and create an operations manual with detailed Continuity of Operations procedures
• Ensure all required documentation is captured and recorded in accordance with the client's record retention policies

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience providing project management support for enterprise level IT projects
• A project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Preferred Additional Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or IT-related discipline
• One or more of the following certifications,
  • Certified Scrum Master(CSM)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
