Tactica Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced and qualified Logistics Operations Division Integrator for a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) contract supporting the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4 for the Logistics Operations Division on Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a logistics integration SME supporting the G44 Logistics, Transportation and Maintenance Division, synchronizing logistics operations across USASMDC organizational elements and mission partners.
- Assist with planning, integrating, coordinating, analyzing and evaluating logistical actions required by the command in support of Research Development Test & Evaluation projects/programs.
- Advise Logistics Operations Division Chief on the effectiveness of logistics, transportation and maintenance programs and recommends improvement.
- Interpret and apply to a wide range of Army, DoD, and federal policies; develop local implementing procedures.
- Develop and apply internal control review checklists within prescribed timelines.
- Perform comprehensive analyses using advanced evaluative techniques to assess efficiency, identify, risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Determine and revises long range plans, goals, and objectives of assigned functions directed.
- Develop transportation, maintenance, and supply plans, policies, TDA manpower/equipment, Support Agreements (SAs), Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) to ensure integration of logistical functions.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and decision support products for senior military and civilian leadership.
- Advise the Logistics Operations Division Chief on logistics integration issues, resource management, and readiness shortfalls.
- Coordinate with Army Materiel Command (AMC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and installation Logistic Readiness Center (LRC) on sustainment and equipment life cycle management.
- Participate in logistics reviews, working groups, and conferences representing the USASMDC Logistics Operations Division.
- Monitor and assess USASMDC equipment readiness and maintenance status; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Support development and execution of USASMDC logistics exercises and readiness assessments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 8 years of military or DoD logistics management experience, with demonstrated expertise in transportation and/or maintenance operations at the Brigade level or higher.
- Prior service as an Army 90A/92Z (Multifunctional Logistician) or equivalent logistics officer/warrant officer/ CSM/SGM specialty (90A, 91A, 92Z, 881A, 882A, or civilian equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of Army logistics doctrine, sustainment operations, and the logistics enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency with GCSS-Army, LOGSA, LIW, and other Army logistics information systems.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written/oral communication skills.
- Experience briefing and advising senior military officers (Colonel/O-6 level and above) and senior civilians.
- Active Secret security clearance required; ability to obtain TS clearance preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Prior experience supporting USASMDC or Army space, missile defense, or high-tech program office logistics.
- Advanced degree (Master's) in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Completion of Army Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) senior logistics courses or equivalent.
- Familiarity with USASMDC mission, organizational structure, and worldwide logistics support requirements.
