PRISM Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to provide full-lifecycle support for enterprise network assets. You will be responsible for the secure installation, configuration, and continuous monitoring of mission-critical hardware and security infrastructure onsite in Seaside, CA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and maintain routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto), load balancers (F5), and wireless infrastructure.
Implement DoD STIG requirements and manage specialized security tools, including IDS/IPS, COMSEC (TACLANE), ClearPass, and AnyConnect.
Monitor system health via SolarWinds and master consoles; perform disaster recovery operations and routine data backups.
Diagnose complex hardware/software issues and replace faulty components to ensure 24/7 system integrity.
Coordinate with end-users to resolve systemic problems and optimize network performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/SKILLS):
8570-8140 Compliant IAT II (CompTIA Security +CE or similar)
10 years of relevant Network Administration and Engineering, and the DoD STIG implementation process.
Proficiency with DNS appliances, EKMS, and enterprise monitoring tools
REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree preferred
Active CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
