Description
As a key leader within the US Solutions Team, the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture & Strategy acts as the primary architect and strategic visionary for the organization's global data and applied intelligence ecosystem. This role is responsible for the high-level design, integration strategy, and client-facing evolution of the Holocron AI platform.
Operating at the intersection of Enterprise Architecture and Product Strategy, you will translate complex client needs into bespoke technical blueprints. You will work in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Applied Intelligence Platforms, maintaining a clear division of labor where you lead the architectural vision and client solutioning while they oversee the core engineering execution and backend platform builds.
Enterprise-Level Strategic Leadership
? Client-Centric Solutioning: Translate complex external client needs and business requirements into custom, high-impact solutions within the Holocron AI platform.
? Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for a multi-tenant platform that integrates diverse data pipelines, AI/ML models, and real-time decisioning engines.
? US Solutions Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Director of Applied Intelligence Platforms to ensure that client-facing solution designs are technically viable and aligned with the core engineering roadmap.
? External Client Enablement: Architect the framework for a SaaS and Managed Services, ensuring the platform supports external client requirements, including secure multi-tenancy and API-driven activation.
? Unified Intelligence Architecture: Design and govern enterprise-wide data models that consolidate behavioral, transactional, and operational datasets into a cohesive intelligence layer.
? Capability Growth: Evaluate emerging technologies-including Model Context Protocols (MCPs), NLPs, LLMs, and Vector DBs-to expand the platform's competitive advantage.
? Governance & Compliance: Establish architectural standards for data contracts and global compliance tracking (GDPR, SOC2, CCPA, etc.) to ensure audit-readiness across client environments.
Platform Architecture & Engineering Collaboration
? Holocron AI Ecosystem: Lead the solution design for extensible, modular platform components within the Holocron AI framework to support scalable intelligence workflows, MCP-compliant interfaces, and rapid deployment of new models.
? Advanced Ingestion Strategy: Design high-scale ingestion architectures to capture real-time signals across distributed global systems.
? Technical Interoperability: Define the gold standard for API-driven data services, ensuring seamless interoperability between the core platform (maintained by the Engineering team) and third-party SaaS or client ecosystems.
? Resilience & Performance: Oversee the architectural integrity of your custom client solutions, ensuring high availability, low-latency processing, and cost-optimized scaling.
