This position supports medical materiel fielding, sustainment, and readiness by serving as the systems and data subject matter expert (SME) for medical logistics operations while coordinating with supported units, Program Management Offices (PMOs), and medical logistics organizations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Medical Liaison Support (LNO) Systems Analyst for Army medical logistics operations.
- Provide systems‑focused liaison support between supported units, PM Soldier Medical Devices (PM SMD), and medical logistics organizations.
- Perform data entry, validation, reconciliation, and reporting within authorized Army systems including GCSS‑Army, AESIP, LOGICOL, TEWLS, LMI‑DST, and M3PT.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of medical materiel readiness, maintenance, and fielding data.
- Support planning and execution of medical materiel fielding missions with emphasis on systems integration and documentation compliance.
- Execute and validate equipment hand‑off documentation and ensure all required system updates and records are completed within 48 hours of fielding completion.
- Analyze system data to identify trends, readiness risks, sustainment gaps, and corrective action opportunities.
- Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and analytical reports supporting logistics assistance workload, readiness, and fielding metrics.
- Coordinate Class VIII medical materiel re‑supply and maintenance actions using system‑driven analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and training to supported units on medical logistics systems and reporting tools.
- Support fault systems analysis, development of problem statements, and data‑driven courses of action.
- Ensure documentation complies with PWS requirements and Army regulations (e.g., AR 25‑50).
- Participate in meetings, site visits, and fielding events with limited notice.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field
- Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum seven (7) years' experience in logistics analysis, medical logistics, materiel fielding, or Army sustainment operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance (Tier 3).
- Experience using Army logistics and medical automation systems (TEWLS, LOGICOL, GCSS‑Army, AESIP, M3PT, LMI‑DST).
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and system reconciliation.
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of fielding and liaison missions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to complete all required DoD and Army training (Cyber Awareness, HIPAA, OPSEC, AT Level I, TARP, iWATCH).
- In‑depth knowledge of Army medical logistics systems and data flows.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate system data into actionable logistics insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate complex systems and data issues clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and documentation discipline.
- Ability to work independently in high‑tempo, geographically dispersed environments.
- Knowledge of Army policies related to logistics, fielding, and property accountability.
