COLSA Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support Air Force systems and applications by ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force cybersecurity policies. The selected candidate will help protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mission systems by supporting the planning, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity programs, policies, and tools. This role supports Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, security assessments, and ongoing system authorization efforts while ensuring compliance with DoD 8140 cybersecurity workforce requirements. This is an onsite position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. - Ensure systems and applications comply with DoD and Air Force cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity programs, policies, and tools.
- Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities and system Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) efforts, including preparation and review of required security documentation and artifacts.
- Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to address identified security risks.
- Perform system security evaluations, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
- Support development of security policies, contingency plans, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Assess security incidents and events, determine potential impacts, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform duties aligned with ISSE, ISSM, and ISSO roles in accordance with DoD and Air Force guidance.
- Maintain required DoD 8140 cybersecurity certifications and remain compliant with workforce qualification requirements.

Required Experience
- Must have of the following combinations of education and experience:
- Bachelors Degree (or higher) in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 16 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in DoD.
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent)
- Active SECRET DoD security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
