Infrastructure Architect

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to support a company focused on delivering secure, enterprise-level PLM and IT infrastructure solutions for mission-critical environments. This position is remote with two weeks onsite per month in St. Louis, Missouri. The Infrastructure Architect will serve as the primary support and technical point of contact while sustaining complex enterprise environments. This role directly contributes to maintaining stable, secure, high-availability PLM operations supporting national-level missions.

Responsibilities for the Infrastructure Architect include:

• Serve as the primary Tier 1/Tier 2 support contact for Siemens PLM tools including Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Capital, and Siemens Xcelerator.
• Perform triage, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across user, environment, software, and configuration issues.
• Manage help desk channels (phone and email), ensuring rapid response and full lifecycle ownership of all tickets.
• Collaborate with end users, Siemens SMEs, and infrastructure teams to escalate issues and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Analyze system logs and diagnose application or environment issues within secure/classified environments.

Required Qualifications for the Infrastructure Architect include:

• 5+ years of experience with Teamcenter deployment and configuration in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure: networks, servers, and system architecture
• Ability to independently deploy, configure, and sustain complex PLM environments
• Strong background in enterprise application deployment, server builds, and infrastructure configuration
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Active Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Infrastructure Architect includes:

• Salary Range: $110,000-$155,000 depending on experience
