About The Role
Peraton is currently seeking to hire a mid-level Quality Assurance Process Analyst for our Corporate Quality organization. This position is hybrid and the selected candidate will report to the Corporate Vice President of Quality.
The successful candidate must possess a complete and thorough understanding of Program Management and Quality as well as proven leadership, managerial, and communication skills across all levels of the company. The successful candidate must have a superior ability to establish and nurture an excellent working relationship with all Customers both internal and external and be able to quickly and sufficiently understand the technical domain encompassed within Peraton. Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

About The Role

In the role of Quality Assurance Process Analyst the successful candidate will;
- Perform process and product evaluations (audits) to ensure compliance with company and project established policies, processes, procedures and applicable standards and models (ISO, AS, CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC).
- Perform a variety of technical and administrative activities related to the function of Quality, including, but not limited to, auditing, scheduling, checklist development, report writing, facilitating root cause analysis/corrective action and lessons learned, internal/external presentations, and development, collection, and analysis of metrics.
- Work with programs to ensure adherence to credential requirements and provide/implement recommendations for improvement, best practices, and organizational processes.
- Work with programs to drive quality excellence when performance challenges occur.
- Work with the Growth organization to ensure Quality is appropriately included in all proposals.
- Support implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Peraton's Corporate quality policies, processes and procedures ensuring the total integration of quality requirements throughout all phases of planning, design, development, procurement, test, delivery and post-
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years' experience in Program Management, Systems Engineering or Mission/Quality Assurance.
- 9+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Strong working knowledge in some or all of the following standards ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, CMMI-DEV Level 3 or above, CMMI-SVC Level 3 or above.
- Experience in Quality assurance and quality controls, and Continual Improvement methodologies, processes and tools.
- Proposal experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), strong organizational skills and a positive temperament are crucial.
- Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and communicate complex information in various formats to a variety of stakeholders.
- Competent and confident when briefing upper management and elevating issues to appropriate levels.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Professional suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
- US. Citizen able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMMI-DEV Level 5 and/or CMMI-SVC Level 5
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
- Experience with statistical methods and tools (e.g., Minitab)
- Experience in Risk and Opportunity Management
- Working Agile experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
