The National Solutions Division at Leidos is looking for an Enterprise Project Lead who provides financial, operational, and workforce management leadership across the enterprise program. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and execution, enterprise reporting, organizational management, and proposal cost strategy development. The Enterprise Project Lead serves as a key integrator across finance, operations, strategy, security, HR, and business area leadership to ensure disciplined execution, process improvement, and enterprise alignment.

Job Description
The National Solutions Division at Leidos is looking for an Enterprise Project Lead who provides financial, operational, and workforce management leadership across the enterprise program. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and execution, enterprise reporting, organizational management, and proposal cost strategy development. The Enterprise Project Lead serves as a key integrator across finance, operations, strategy, security, HR, and business area leadership to ensure disciplined execution, process improvement, and enterprise alignment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead project meetings, train staff on BOE and financial templates.
- Partner with estimators to structure and develop a well-supported, executable BOEs and conduct data sweeps to ensure accurate, supportable cost and pricing data.
- Serve as the technical lead for project teams and program enterprises, identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
- Enhance and automate operational procedures by developing and implementing process improvements
- Interface directly with cross-functional teams across the enterprise; serve as a direct resource to stakeholders while performing data reconciliation, consolidation, and performance tracking against key metrics
- Support key weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables that monitor and communicate business performance against key metrics
- Support the program management office with long-term strategic planning, including process development, creation of presentations, and collaboration between finance and strategy.
- Partner with SAP engineers on system upgrades, routine maintenance, and capability expansion; provide follow-up documentation including technical findings, feedback, resolution steps, and After-Action Reports (AARs)
- Support the enterprise Program Management team in ensuring project and process controls, CDRL products, services, and projects comply with contractual requirements, standards, and government directives
- Lead adoption and enablement of templates and reporting standards; drive reporting compliance and portfolio hygiene by tracking completeness and timeliness, following up with owners, and publishing compliance visibility
- Track, manage, and report on open positions and staffing metrics (e.g., fill rate, time-to-fill, attrition, vacancy aging).
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle for program positions, including development of job descriptions.
- Provide weekly staffing reports and ongoing retention metrics to program leadership.
- Coordinate with Security and Administrative teams on clearance crossovers, ATB tracking, and start dates.
Basic Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in program finance, enterprise operations, or project leadership.
- Experience supporting government contracts and proposal cost development.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting experience, including AOP tracking.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a complex program environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with clearance crossover processes and security coordination.
- Experience managing subcontractor staffing activities.
- Background in retention strategy or workforce planning.
- Experience managing RMS or enterprise workforce management systems.
- Experience maintaining organizational governance (org charts, headcount planning).
- Experience developing TCoPD-compliant cost proposals.
- Background in enterprise process improvement and strategic planning.
