MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Digital Acquisition Subject Matter Expert to support our contract under Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) out of Quantico, VA.
ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customer and ensuring that material solutions developed or acquired by MCSC are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission. To do that, MANTECH assists our customer to conduct the detailed systems engineering analysis, establishes technical policies and guidance across the Command, and manage the technical investigation and distributed planning required to deliver world class Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) systems capabilities to the warfighter.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop agendas, schedule and facilitate Command-wide digital engineering/acquisition working groups.
- Attend key working groups across the Command, the Department of Navy (DoN), and DoW to stay abreast of developments related to digital engineering/acquisition, enterprise architecture, mission engineering, artificial intelligence, data management, and capability portfolio management.
- Conduct digital acquisition outreach and communications to inform and engage programs about digital engineering and related topics.
- Develop transition roadmaps for legacy programs to migrate to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environments.
- Provide technical consultation to Program Managers (PMs) on incorporating Digital Engineering (DE) requirements into Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Design and execute a strategic communication plan that translates complex digital engineering concepts into actionable guidance for non-technical acquisition stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Chief Systems Architect and provide support for briefings, and taskers
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of experience in Digital Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Model Based Systems Engineering.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: UAF, UML, SysML, UPDM, BPMN, IDEF
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and influence others to achieve desired results for the project.
- Capable of working collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously
- Have knowledge of Marine Corps Acquisition & Systems Engineering Processes, including the relationship between MCSC and DC, CD&I
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook and DoW Acquisition.
- Knowledge of Marine Corps concepts, practices, procedures, systems and interfaces
Security Clearance Required:
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
