MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Director to join our Service Design and Engineering Team in San Antonio TX.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviews current technology capabilities and builds a roadmap for improved Service Delivery across several different technology platforms for the extended enterprise.
- Communicates and collaborates with all key stakeholders on ways to integrate best commercial practices for end-to-end solutions to Corporate Services.
- Contribute to the production of Technical Insertions, Statement of Work, and Preliminary Technical Board reviews.
- Participate in opportunity for improvement efforts to improve services
- Identify and execute improvement efforts and participate in special program efforts as required
- Host program and customer meetings and interface efforts for Frame and Program success as required
- May have the opportunity to travel as required to meet program objectives
- Serve on a team of regionally based Technical Directors (3-6) performing similar duties, with regional-based responsibilities as well
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, design and oversight roles in the Information Technology field leaning towards Cloud Solutioning, automation mechanisms or developing engineering concepts
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or other applicable/technical degree an additional 6 years of experience may be substituted for education.
- Experience conveying very technical concepts to non-technical individuals in both verbal and written formats
- Possess or willingness to learn the Managed Services environment and Cloud Engineering Integration.
- Five years working in a team environment or leading a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification
- 5 years of Managed Service experience
- Snow and/or Jira Ticketing experience
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
