MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join our team in Washington DC. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Function as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for a Navy Program located in Washington, D.C.
- Implement security processes necessary to protect classified information, with strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Vol 1-4 SAP Security Manual, ICDs and other applicable Executive Order and DOD regulations
- Coordinate and work directly with the government customer and government support offices, building management staff, and host security/facility managers for all facility related issues, special events, and operating procedures
- Operate and maintain an information security program that includes the transmission, receipt and distribution of classified information, storage and accountability of classified documents, and training others in marking and classification requirements
- Support of security compliance inspections
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience thriving in a CPSO role
- Demonstrated experience with NISPOM
- Familiar with DoD 5205.07 vol 1-4 SAP security Manual
- Experience with Personnel Security Databases such as JPAS, DCII, and SII
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain an additional polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to observe and detect employee deviations from established policy.
