Contract Manager II

Overview

The Contract Manager II p rovide s contracting expertise to PEO IEW&S PMs and PdMs in areas such as PALT metrics, Procurement Portfolio Management Tool database for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Program Management Offices .

Responsibilities

• Assist in the establishment of contract milestones in coordination with the requiring activity and the Army Contracting Command (ACC).
• Provide management of completing taskers in the ETMS 2 database.
• Coordinate and assist in contract training and community practice to various program managers and the PEO IEWS workforce.
• Assist in document/policy writing during the Integrated Product Team process.
• Assist with Program Status Review up to the Program Executive Office and their staff. Attend various milestone and programmatic reviews.
• Act as a liaison between the PMs and ACC. Maintaining prime and sub vendor tracking for congressional inquiries and industry engagements.
• Coordinate with PMs to prepare and complete industry day slide decks. Lead and facilitate contractual one-to-end deep dives.
• Route and process RSCA's through various channels for signature.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree - Business
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting or database management
• DAU Contracting Level II Certified or industry equivalent
• Secret Clearance
