Position Summary: Provides daily on-site operational and sustainment support for installed FCoE classroom audiovisual equipment, including hardware, software, and TEAMS video conferencing.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform monthly preventative maintenance (cleaning projectors, changing filters/lamps).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve classroom equipment issues within 4 hours.
- Maintain proper accountability of repair parts and equipment shelf stock.
- Coordinate with customers for AV setup at ceremonies, presentations, and conferences.
- Manage the audiovisual loaner program and provide user training on system operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's with 3 years of related experience).
- 3 years of technically related field experience in providing audio visual support.
- Certification: Must possess InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology (CTS preferred).
- Basic Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Extron training required within 120 days of award.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and climb/work at heights of 20 feet.
