Position title: Audio Visual Specialist

Location: Fort Sill, OK

Clearance required: SECRET

Position Summary: Provides daily on-site operational and sustainment support for installed FCoE classroom audiovisual equipment, including hardware, software, and TEAMS video conferencing.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Perform monthly preventative maintenance (cleaning projectors, changing filters/lamps).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve classroom equipment issues within 4 hours.
• Maintain proper accountability of repair parts and equipment shelf stock.
• Coordinate with customers for AV setup at ceremonies, presentations, and conferences.
• Manage the audiovisual loaner program and provide user training on system operations.

Qualifications

• Possess an associate's degree in a related field; OR three (3) years of technically related field experience in providing audio visual support.
• A minimum possess an InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology.
• Certification: Must possess InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology (CTS preferred).
• Basic Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Extron training required within 120 days of award.
• Basic knowledge/understanding of all equipment settings as they pertain to the normal operation of an Audio Visual & Information Technology systems.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and climb/work at heights of 20 feet.
• Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
