Position Summary: Subject Matter Expert for the Army Training Information System (ATIS) and Blackboard LMS. Facilitates online distributed learning and course framework customization.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage course lifecycles using approved Blackboard Naming Conventions.
- Train instructors and course managers on LMS functions (test design, gradebooks).
- Act as primary POC for user enrollment and access authorization.
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with ATSC for software upgrades.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of experience administering courses in an Army LMS (Blackboard).
- Must complete mandatory Army Blackboard modules (101-301) within 30 days of award.
- IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE).
