Position title: Information Technologist

Location: Fort Hood, TX

Clearance required: SECRET

Position Summary: Provides comprehensive client administration for Microsoft desktop and laptop systems. Responsible for "touch labor" support, configuration management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Establish and maintain Microsoft Intune accounts and troubleshoot system baseline applications.
• Perform network registration of client equipment and coordinate image changes with the NEC.
• Provide 2-hour priority support for classrooms and Senior Leadership (O-6/GS-15 and above).
• Execute commercial hardware repairs and maintain technical continuity documentation.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's with 3 years of related experience).
• Minimum 2 years of client support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment (Windows 11/M365).
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) and Computing Environment (CE) training.
